Milestone 1 — complete Atlas-500 admission processing
$6,000 · days 1–30
- Generate deterministic dossiers and explicit human policy outcomes for all 500 selected origins.
- Attempt bounded archive and interface profiling for every policy-eligible origin.
- Publish exact permitted, constrained, profile-only, catalog-only, denied, uncertain, successful and unsuccessful outcomes.
- Continuously rebuild the immutable public snapshot and Atlas explorer from admitted evidence.
- Operate and document the read-only Query Lab, proof download and independent restore path.
- Thirty days of focused, full-time maintainer engineering execution.
Three policy decisions, the first real archive acquisition, a genuine origin delta and the local immutable Query runtime are already complete.
Milestone 2 — deepen the admitted Atlas
$10,000 · days 31–60
- Reach at least 250 usable profiles, 100 immutable observations, 50 native schemas and 25 deterministic adapters.
- Continue beyond those floors wherever policy, source quality and measured capacity permit.
- Two cross-origin materialized views and one public semantic change stream.
- Performance, compression and economic telemetry with exact measurement scope.
Milestone 3 — continuously operating Public Alpha
$14,000 · days 61–90
- Continuously refreshed metrics and drift evidence across Atlas-500.
- At least 12 live read-only origins and 100,000 real or visibly provisional source-derived packets, with no artificial project ceiling.
- Publisher readiness and origin-claim tooling.
- Commercial capability discovery without production payments.
- Self-hosting and federation documentation, security-review reserve and adapter bounties.
